Matthew Kehoe is a waterfront practice leader in GEI’s Bloomfield office. He carries fifteen years of practical leadership, management and engineering experience specializing in projects relating to waterfront facilities. Mr. Kehoe is a professional engineer and ADCI certified commercial diver with expertise in waterfront structure condition assessment, and construction support. His extensive experience includes the rehabilitation designs for deteriorated structures, including the development of mooring and fender systems, with particular emphasis toward marine shipping and energy terminals. His keen communication skills focus on developing positive relationships with clients, architects/engineers, local authorities, and contractors while delivering cost-effective results.
