Matthew Kehoe is a waterfront practice leader in GEI’s Bloomfield office with over 17 years of practical leadership, management, and engineering experience specializing in projects relating to waterfront facilities. Matthew is a professional engineer and ADCI-certified commercial diver with expertise in waterfront structure condition assessment and construction support. His extensive experience includes rehabilitation designs for deteriorated structures, including the development of mooring and fender systems, with particular emphasis on marine shipping and energy terminals. His keen communication skills focus on developing positive relationships with clients, architects/engineers, local authorities, and contractors while delivering cost-effective results.
