Lisa Vickers is a senior coastal professional in GEI’s Portland, ME office. She has more than 20 years of regulatory experience with a focus area on coastal infrastructure to include waterfront access structures, shoreline stabilization, living shorelines, and sand dune restoration for residential, commercial, and government entities. She has extensive experience in permitting with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Maine Department of Environmental Protection (DEP), Maine Submerged Lands Program, Maine Shoreland Zoning, and the Maine Floodplain Management Program.

In addition to having worked at the Maine DEP, Lisa has worked extensively with local, state, and federal agencies to assist clients and design teams in developing projects to meet applicable regulations.
