Adon Austin is a waterfront practice leader in GEI’s Huntington Station, NY, office with over 25 years of progressive engineering and management experience relating to waterfront and over-water development, with an emphasis on marine and coastal structures. Adon is a licensed professional engineer and ADCI-certified commercial diver specializing in waterfront structure inspection and conditions assessment. His experience includes project planning, permitting, and design for new and deteriorated structures, including bulkheads, docks, piers, and wharves, as well as development of mooring and fender systems. Adon’s proficiency in waterfront construction practices and strong relationships with marine contractors inform his focus on cost-effective results to facility owners.
